Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Travel Terms & Conditions

Reservations

Reservations may be made online at ParadiseTriangleTour.com, by phone at (215) 572-7676, or through your travel agent.

Minimum Purchase

  • Minimum 4 hotel nights, or
  • 2 hotel nights plus airfare
  • Tours, ferries, and local flights require a minimum of 2 hotel nights at the point of origin

Passports & Visas

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have proper travel documents. Passport and visa requirements vary by destination.

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates
  • Some countries require at least one blank passport page
  • Requirements provided apply to U.S. citizens only
  • Non-U.S. citizens must check with the appropriate consulate

Travel Protection

Life is unpredictable, and even well-planned trips can be affected by unexpected events. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Protection to help safeguard your travel investment.

Coverage may include:

  • Medical expenses for illness or injury
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Baggage loss or delay
  • Emergency medical evacuation
    (See Travel Protection Plan details for full coverage terms.)

Travel Documents

Provided full payment is received by the Final Payment Due Date, travel documents will be emailed approximately 21 days prior to departure.

Children

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Discounts may apply for children under 12 sharing a room as a third occupant
  • Most hotels do not allow minors to occupy rooms alone
  • A notarized letter of consent may be required when a child travels with one parent or a non-parent

Prices

  • Prices are per person, based on shared twin occupancy
  • Prices do not include personal expenses, passport/visa fees, insurance, or items not listed in inclusions
  • Prices are subject to change due to airfare fluctuations and availability
  • If a price decrease occurs, a travel credit may be issued (valid for one year)

In the event of a pricing error, Paradise Triangle Tours reserves the right to correct the price. Customers may cancel within five days of notification for a full refund.


Payments

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is due at time of booking.

Travel Protection premiums are non-refundable and not included in the deposit.

Final Payment

  • Due 90 days prior to departure, unless otherwise noted
  • Special events or custom groups may require earlier payment

Late & Last-Minute Bookings

  • Reservations with unpaid balances after the due date may be canceled
  • Bookings must be made no later than 6 days prior to departure

Forms of Payment

  • U.S. Dollars only
  • Accepted: e-check, major credit cards, debit cards
  • Payments within 30 days of departure must be made by credit or debit card
  • Returned e-checks incur a $15 fee

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Any remaining balance will be refunded by check or ACH.


Reservation Changes

  • Land packages: $50 per person change fee prior to final payment
  • Optional services: May be changed up to 7 days prior to departure
  • Airfare: Airline rules apply; changes may require rebooking at current rates
  • Custom groups: Policies vary and will be outlined on your invoice

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via the “Cancel Reservation” link.

Cancellation Fees

  • 91+ days prior: $300 per person
  • 90–31 days prior: 50% of total cost
  • 30–2 days prior: 90% of total cost
  • 1 day or less: 100% (no refund)

Cancellation fees exclude Travel Protection, airfare, and previously assessed fees. Travel Protection premiums are non-refundable after a 10-day review period.

Airline tickets are subject to airline rules and may retain limited future credit depending on fare type.


Travelers Needing Special Assistance

Escorted tours may involve extended walking and uneven terrain. Travelers requiring assistance must notify us at booking and travel with a capable companion. Paradise Triangle Tours cannot provide personal assistance.

Accessibility standards outside the U.S. may be limited, and wheelchairs, walkers, and service animals are not permitted on international escorted tours.


Airline Information

Paradise Triangle Tours is not responsible for airline schedule changes, baggage fees, or airline-imposed penalties. Passenger information must match government-issued ID exactly.

Seat assignments, baggage allowances, and mileage eligibility are governed by airline policies.


Hotels & Accommodations

  • Rooms are standard twin-bedded unless otherwise noted
  • Room requests are subject to availability
  • Check-in typically after 4:00 PM; check-out before noon
  • Hotel substitutions of equal standard may occur

Tours, Transfers & Itineraries

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. Missed services due to late arrival are non-refundable. Optional tours may require minimum participation.


Health & Safety

Travelers should consult medical professionals before travel. Required vaccinations must be documented. Ill travelers may be separated from the group until medically cleared.


Customer Service & Claims

All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return. Unused services are non-refundable.


Passenger Agreement & Liability

Completion of the Passenger Agreement is required prior to travel and constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, including Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration.
