We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the “Cancel
Reservation” option on the Cancel page. Cancellation fees are based on the date
the written cancellation is received and the number of days prior to
departure.
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total amount
paid, excluding Travel Protection, previously assessed fees, and ticketed
airfare. Cancellation fees will not be less than the initial non-refundable
deposit.
Pre- or post-trip hotel nights are subject to standard hotel cancellation
policies.
If a traveler in a shared room or cabin cancels, the remaining
guest may be required to pay the applicable single supplement.
Cancellation Fees (unless otherwise
noted)
- 91 days or more prior to
departure: $300 per person
- 90–31 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost
- 30–2 days prior to departure: 90% of total trip cost
- 1 day or less prior to departure: 100% of total trip cost (no
refund)
Special Events & Custom Programs
Cancellation penalties for special events, custom group programs, or
select products may vary. Any alternate cancellation terms will be provided at
the time of booking and listed on your invoice.
